Important Notes:

1. Basic medicines will be provided for general, neuro, seasonal fevers, and common ailments.

2. Medicines for Diabetes and BP will be given for one month only on every third Sunday, upon endorsement by Tuljabhavan doctors in the prescription book.

3. Beneficiaries must arrive by 9:30 AM with their latest reports, prescriptions, and a notebook.

4. Breakfast will be served at the venue.

5. GRBS tests (with strips) will be conducted for all new patients and for existing ones as per doctor’s advice.
