Brief Write up on Program

Packet (Food) Narayana Seva is a compassionate service initiative conducted by the Sri Satya Sai Khairatabad Samithi at MNJ Hospital on the 2nd Saturday of every month. This service involves the distribution of food packets to patients, offering vital nourishment and support. Volunteers from the Samithi dedicate their time and effort to preparing and distributing these food packets, embodying the principles of selfless service and love taught by Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The initiative aims to alleviate hunger and provide comfort to those in need, fostering a sense of community and compassion within the hospital. This service not only meets the physical needs of the recipients but also brings emotional and spiritual solace, reflecting the true essence of Narayana Seva. May Bhagavan bless the entire sevadal of Packet Narayana Seva every time and give us more strength and zeal to participate in holy activities

Details :-

Today, during the Narayana Seva, approximately 375 people received Bhagavan's prasadam. The menu included lassi, bread, rice, bananas, idli, and a sweet.

However, moving forward, we plan to discontinue serving red rice mixed with achar. Many patients have reported that this dish causes discomfort and burns their digestive system.

The other items on the menu were well-received and suitable for the patients. Additionally, patients have expressed a preference for chana, as it provides them with instant energy.

Sairam,

In a recent speech, Bhagavan Sri Satya Sai Baba mentioned that sugar poses a greater risk of causing cancer than cigarettes or bidi. Therefore, we suggest discontinuing sweets from the menu as well.

Sairam once again.
