Divine Message
"The program of devotional singing continuously sung all around the world in all the lands has therefore, spread the message of love through the Name of The Embodiment of Universal Love (God). It has saturated the atmosphere with the thought of Divine and the peace and joy He showers. The devotional singing that you have done here has affected not only this particular area and its environment, but it will transmute the entire universe. Continuing this attitude of devotion and humility of service and tolerance and the atmosphere will not be polluted by hatred."
- Sri Sathya Sai Baba, November 14, 1976
The Global Akhand Bhajan at Sivam began on the 11th of November at 6pm following the Vedam chanting. The Bhajan was piloted by the Sivam Bhajan group and followed by the 16 samithis, the alumni of SSSIHL, the Youth wing, the Balavikas children and the Mahila vibhaag. The devotees had themselves immersed deep into the namasankeertana lost in the spiritual ambience, singing together with heartfelt devotion and love.
The 24-hour bhajan provides a profound opportunity for individuals seeking peace and prosperity, as it is believed that "Hari Bhajana Bina Sukha Shaanti Nahi" – without devotion to the divine, true joy and tranquility cannot be attained. Participants immerse themselves in the spiritual atmosphere, hoping to experience abundance in both inner serenity and material well-being.
The Global Akhand Bhajan concluded the following day ,i.e on the 12th November with Swami's divine Mangala Haarathi. Following this auspicious event, devotees reveled in the joyous atmosphere, celebrating the festival of lights, Deepavali. The night was illuminated not only by the spiritual fervor but also by a spectacular fireworks display, adding a dazzling touch to the concluding moments of this sacred occasion.
Divine Blessings: The spiritual ambience and continuous prayers invoked a sense of divine blessings and grace of our beloved Bhagawan
