In connection with the centenary birthday celebrations of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Ranga reddy is conducting 100 such Abhishekams across Telangana and 75th Mahanyasa Poorvaka Maha Rudrabhishekam was conducted in the Sivam.This sacred event unfolded on December 3, 2023, at the Divine precincts of Sivam.

The proceedings commenced with the Jyothiprakashanam ceremony, where delegates and dignitaries kindled the divine flame, symbolizing the illumination of spiritual wisdom and enlightenment. The radiant energy set the tone for the day, in a serene and sacred atmosphere.

The event drew the participation of several guests, including state coordinators, District Coordinators, Samithi Coordinators, and an assembly of around 1000 devotees hailing from Greater Hyderabad. Their presence added to the collective spiritual fervour that permeated the venue.
A notable feature of the Mahanyasa Poorvaka Maha Rudrabhishekam was the involvement of more than 300 dedicated chanters who fervently recited the sacred Sri Rudram. The rhythmic recitation of this powerful Vedic hymn served as a channel for divine vibrations, enhancing the spiritual resonance of the gathering.

The Rudram chanting was organized in accordance with the ancient traditions. When performed by 11 Ritviks chanting 11 times, it is known as 'Laghu Rudram.' However, the magnitude of devotion reached its pinnacle at Sivam, as 121 (Ritviks) Sai Vedam group chanters came together to chant Rudram 11 times, a practice referred to as 'Maha Rudram'. This profound and collective chanting marked the highlight of the Maha Rudrabhishekam at Sivam.

The Mahanyasa Poorvaka Maharudrabhishekam, a sacred ritual invoking the Divine energies through the chanting of Vedic mantras and the pouring of holy offerings. More than 300 dedicated chanters participated, creating a powerful spiritual atmosphere.
The Maha Rudrabhishekam, with its intricate rituals and potent chants, became a focal point for the spiritual aspirations of the attendees. It not only celebrated the centenary of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba but also symbolized the unity and devotion.
