An exclusive online study circle on the topic  Ceiling on Desires - The Sai Way (Part 1) by  Dr K Anil Kumar Sir. 

By Swami's grace we had about 45-46 SSS Young Messengers participate in yesterday's Ceiling on Desires The Sai Way study circle satsang with Dr K Anil Kumar sir. 

The Part 1 session was about Why Ceiling on Desires is important and how this helps in leading us to be desireless and thereby also liberate ourselves. 

- Spirituality is 3/4th Self-inquiry and 1/4th Sadhana.

- We learnt how Swami shared about 6 advisors one should always keep with them - How, What, Why, (by) Whom, When and Where. 

- And 4 aspects to Ceiling on Desires - 
Don't waste Time.
Don't waste Food.
Don't waste Money.
Don't waste Energy.

- Desire vs Satisfaction 
- Reduce Bonding Desires and increase Nobel Desires.
- Breath control :: mind control.

These sessions are exclusively for SSS Young Messengers to help in our spiritual sadhana with practical implications at our young age. More sessions to come.
